However, we do not accept returns or exchanges solely based on colour or shape minor differences between the product and images. Please note that these variations can occur due to the natural characteristics of materials like pearls. As customers of the delivery company, we are not responsible for any issues regarding delayed or missed delivery. Our role is to engage in communication with the delivery company, negotiate a resolution, and provide customers with all necessary tracking information.

Return Cost

Return costs should be afforded by the customer in most cases, as we have already provided free postage for item delivery. However, if there is a quality issue, which is a rare occurrence, we will gladly cover the cost of the return label for our customers.
